Reiki Level 1
Reiki Level 1 is only offered face to face.
I will attune remotely in extreme circumstances, however you would not receive a certificate for distance Reiki training.
Upon completion of your Level 1 training you will receive all the knowledge, teachings and attunements for you to be able to practice Reiki on yourself, your family and friends
The course will be over 2 days and will involve:

- What is Reiki and how does it work?
- 3 attunements
- Self-healing hand positions
- Hand positions on another person

Reiki Level 2

Reiki Level 2 is only offered face to face.

Upon completion of your accredited Level 2 training you will receive all the knowledge, teachings and attunement for you to be able to practice Reiki on other people and gain insurance.
This is a progression from Level 1 Reiki and at least 3 months must have elapsed since your Level 1.

- Reiki symbols and sacred techniques
- Further work on mental/emotional level
- Additional tools and techniques

Study to be a reflexologist on this 3 day course, running weekly.
The course is fully accredited with the IPHM.
The days will be 10am-4.30pm, with a break for lunch.
You will need to have anatomy & physiology as a pre-requisite, if you haven't then you can take the online course with Feel Good Holistics before or during your Reflexology class*

Certificate in Crystal Therapy
This one day crystal therapy course will give you all the training necessary to be able to practice in crystal healing. The course is Accredited and you will receive a manual and an assessment pack where you will be expected to do some home study and complete an agreed number of case studies, then be observed and assessed giving a full crystal healing in order to qualify and gain your certificate.

This is an interactive, hands on day with lots of information, a comprehensive manual to take away and access to video content.
You will also learn to conduct a Soundwave therapy using tingshas, Tibetan bowls and tuning forks.

Baby Massage Facilitator Training
Ready to launch a new career? Have you an interest in early years and positive parenting?
Take this baby massage course and once you are qualified you could be facilitating your own baby massage classes within weeks.
The day consists of intensive practical training by two qualified and experienced trainers, with some self-study, then evidence of competency to run a class, you will gain your qualification.
